A Call to Celebrate:
This year, we invite you to help us shine a light on these unsung heroes by nominating a technician from your organization for the 2024 Security Technician of the Year Awards. It’s time to recognize those who not only excel in their technical roles but also embody premier customer service and leadership within their teams.
Nomination Process:
Nominating is simple but impactful. By filling out our nomination form, you’re not just acknowledging an individual’s hard work; you’re elevating the entire profession and inspiring future generations to explore careers in security technology.
- Who Can Be Nominated? Nominations are open to members of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and the Electronic Security Association (ESA), with nominees having at least one year of professional experience in the security industry.
- How to Nominate: Complete the nomination form here with details of the nominee’s achievements, character, and the impact they’ve made on the company, industry, or community. Each nomination will be thoroughly reviewed by the FAST Award Working Group, consisting of volunteers from SIA’s and ESA’s membership bodies.

Award Ceremony:
The winners will be announced and celebrated at a special ceremony during ESX in Louisville, KY, on Thursday, June 6th, 2024. Join us as we honor the best among us, connecting with peers and celebrating the achievements of our industry’s finest technicians.
